Decision Systems Lead — Simulation, Optimization & Applied Modeling

You do not need to be a revenue expert. We are looking for someone who can model constrained systems and turn messy operational history into executable simulation, optimization, and decision recommendations. Relevant backgrounds include military OR, operations research, simulation, optimization, industrial engineering, applied mathematics, logistics, supply chain, workforce planning, healthcare operations, pricing, or algorithmic decision systems.

Engineering Lead — Data, Infrastructure & Product Architecture

Your role is to turn the decision engine into a secure, reliable, auditable enterprise product. You will own the architecture for ingestion, reconstructed event logs, simulation infrastructure, versioning, run history, cloud, APIs, and scalability. Relevant backgrounds include backend engineering, data/platform engineering, ML infrastructure, enterprise SaaS, analytics platforms, cloud infrastructure, or security-sensitive B2B systems.

Revenue Systems Expert — GTM Systems, RevOps & Revenue Operating Models

We are looking for someone who combines field sales experience with RevOps/GTM systems thinking. This person will help Abundance understand how revenue systems actually work in the field, then translate that reality into the rules, definitions, signals, and operating logic needed to reconstruct, model, simulate, and optimize them.
